Current Opportunities:

1. Universal Loan Processor 

The Universal Loan Processor is responsible for many aspects of the lending process for Residential, Ag, Commercial, and Consumer loans. Working closely with the Bank’s lenders, the processor assists with loan underwriting and completes loan document production timely and accurately.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Residential real estate loan responsibilities include pulling credit reports, preparing Loan Estimate Disclosures, ordering title work, ordering appraisals, completing underwriting documentation, preparing Closing Disclosures and other loan documents.
2. Ag, commercial, and consumer loan responsibilities include compiling and preparing documents for loan closing.
3. Job duties are time sensitive and require completion of work by assigned deadlines.
4. Responsible for proper maintenance of loan files.
5. Assist customers with loan payments, loan advances, deposit inquiries, and other banking information.

Requirements:
•1-3 years of loan processing experience in a banking environment
•Good communication skills in all settings including in-person, phone, and email
•Attention to detail is a must
•Must exhibit professionalism in job performance

Schedule and Locations:
1. This full-time position will consist of a Monday – Friday 40-hour work week.
2. The Loan Processor will participate in a rotation of coverage for Saturday morning.
When working Saturday, a full weekday is taken off work.
3.Position is located onsite in the Prophetstown, IL office.

Pay scale:
1. Position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime compensation.
2. The hourly rate of pay is $20.00 – $24.00 commensurate with experience.

2. Deposit Services Specialist

Farmers National Bank is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deposit Services Specialist with exceptional banking and customer service skills.
Located in our Geneseo office, you will work with a supportive team and a dedicated onboarding colleague who will guide you through hands-on training to ensure your success. You will use advanced banking software to streamline your daily tasks and deliver extraordinary service to our valued customers. In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of deposit products, including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, HSAs. Focusing solely on those personal relationships, this role is crucial to the day-to-day support of our customers and their satisfaction.
