Current Opportunities:
1. Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for partnering with bank leaders to achieve employee engagement and retention. The expectation for the role is to foster professional human resources policies and practices that support our staff in contributing to the bank’s success.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leadership of HR functions including staffing, benefit administration, payroll administration, compensation review, and compliance.
2. Remain current with local, state and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing employer practices.
3. Develop knowledge and understanding of the bank’s mission, the bank’s organizational structure, and the job responsibilities of all bank departments.
4. Understand and interpret employment regulations and employer policies so that proper guidance can be provided to employees and managers.
5. Partner with management team to provide strategic insight and guidance critical for on-going positive employee relations.
6. Provide timely counsel/communication to senior management, department managers and supervisors, and employees.
7. Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees.
8. Engage with hiring supervisors to develop a plan for sourcing and reviewing candidates, interviewing, background checking and candidate selection.
9. Develop new hire onboarding to include completion of payroll and benefits enrollment, and training strategy.
10. Be diligent in completing all reporting requirements, plan renewals, open enrollments, and data collections by specified due dates. This includes items such as employee insurance plans, 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, EEO-1 and ACA reporting, COBRA notifications, internal and year-end audits, and employee data compilations.
11. Responsible for all components of the bank’s self-administered Section 125 plan.
12. Responsible for all components of the bank’s self-administered Short Term Disability plan.
13. Develop professional offboarding strategies to include exit interviews, guidance on benefit transitions, and development of job duty handoff during notice period.
14. Responsible for leading the annual performance review cycle including staff communications of evaluation tools and submission dates, communication of compensation structure to supervisors, guiding supervisor presentations of staff performance and compensation recommendations, and completion of salary and bonus records.
15. At time of eligibility, engage with employees to explain the 401(k) and profit programs and instruct on enrollment process.
16. Work with an employee committee to develop and publish a staff newsletter three times annually.
17. Work with bank’s Marketing and Training Manager to support in house training programs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources management experience
Schedule and Locations:
1. This full-time position will consist of a Monday – Friday 40-hour work week.
2. Position is located onsite in the Prophetstown office.
Pay scale:
1. Position is salaried and exempt from overtime compensation.
2. The salary range is $75,000 – $90,000 commensurate with experience.
